We ship worldwide from İSTOÇ, Istanbul. Road, sea and air — whichever suits your order.
How your order reaches you
You choose the method. We work with our own contracted freight companies and warehouses, but if you already have a forwarder, tell us and we will deal with them directly. Many buyers send their own vehicle to collect from us — that works too.
We deliver to the port, the freight warehouse, or your customs agent in Istanbul.
Customs
We work with contracted customs agents who handle the paperwork. If you have your own agent in Turkey, we will work with theirs instead.
Order size
There is no fixed structure. We ship single boxes by courier and we load full containers. Minimum order depends on the product group — please contact us.
Timing
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Shipping and customs times vary by destination and shipping method — we will give you a realistic estimate once we know the route.
